We are looking for a responsible, motivated, detail-oriented, person who is experienced in providing bookkeeping administration. The bookkeeper will be responsible for managing all the financial accounting up to managing the company's balance sheet.
Job Responsibilities:
Expenses management
Bank accounts administration
Credit cards administration
IRS, VAT
Managing all the bills, payments, and receipts
Debt collection
Implement systems to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends.
Flexible part time position
Bookkeeping Level 3 certificate – a must
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience – a must
High level of English – a must
Experience in the travel industry – major advantage
Experience in the high tech industry – an advantage
